After the free ticket is obtained, it is valid for the specified duration, after which it expires and is no longer usable. The duration (validity) of the free ticket is defined specifically for each individual bonus, promotion or campaign where free ticket durations can differ from one another. Similarily, value (amount) of the free ticket is also defined for each particular bonus, and can vary depending on the bonus itself.

WHY CAN'T I USE MY FREE TICKETS?

Each obtained free ticket has specific conditions that need to be met in order to use it. Those are minimum odds per event, minimum odds per ticket, minimum number of events per ticket, and game that the free ticket can be used on. Depending on the campaign, the conditions (values of each condition) of each free ticket can vary.

HOW DO I USE MY FREE TICKET?

Once the user obtains a free ticket, he will receive a notification that can be seen in the user inbox. In order to use the free ticket, user would need to add desired bets to his bet slip, after which an option to select “Free Ticket” will show. By ticking the desired available free ticket, user opts to use that particular free ticket with predefined values instead of his wallet credit in order to play the ticket with his selected events (bets).

WHAT GAMES CAN I USE THE FREE TICKETS FOR?

The games that the free tickets can be used on are defined for each particular campaign/bonus. Free tickets can be used only on basic tickets (system tickets are not supported).

WHAT IS AN ODDS MULTIPLIER?

The odds multiplier is a value that is predefined for each free ticket that’s given out. The odds multiplier’s value is multiplied by the total odds of the ticket. The total odds are then multiplied by the bet amount (stake) to get the possible winnings for the ticket. For example, free ticket worth N$ 5.00 can be set up in a way to have N$ 0.5 bet amount predefined, and 10 odds multiplier, which would then make it so that the total value of that free ticket is N$ 5.00.
